Get To Know Me

My Background

I have over five years of experience helping people overcome their mental health challenges and live their best lives. I help people who are struggling with anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, relationship problems, coping skills development, emotional regulation, life transitions, parenting skills, and more. I have experience working with people of all ages, from all walks of life, and in different parts of the world.

My Values

01 — Your needs and goals

Therapy should be tailored to your individual needs and goals. I believe that everyone's journey is different, and I will work with you to find a rhythm that feels right for you. Whether you are looking for long-term support or a short-term solution, I can help. I will work with you to create a personalized plan that addresses your unique needs.

02 — You are the expert

You are the expert on your life. I am a partner and guide on your journey. I understand that you could find a different therapist and still be successful, because you have the tools to succeed within you. My role is to help you see what is already inside of you and to provide you with a non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings.

03 — Mental health is not your identity!

Whether you are experiencing a new life change or you have been struggling with challenges long-term, I understand that you deserve to be seen as your whole self. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, focusing on the body, soul, and mind. I want to get to know you, not just your mental health.

04 — Mental Health Symptoms, not a diagnosis

Whether you have been given a mental health diagnosis or are struggling with difficult symptoms, you are not alone. Many people experience mental health symptoms, such as difficulty feeling joy, connecting with others, or managing stress. I believe that it is more important to focus on your symptoms and how they impact your life than just a diagnosis. My goal is to help you develop the skills and support you need to feel whole and happy.
