Rates

I am a private pay therapist, which means that I do not bill insurance companies directly. This gives my clients and I the freedom to create a therapeutic relationship that meets their individual needs. We can decide together how long, how often, and what type of therapy is best for you.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a Superbill so that you can submit it to your insurance company.

Payment is due at the time of service, and I accept credit cards, including HSAs and FSAs.

Here are some of the benefits of private pay therapy:

  • More flexibility in scheduling and length of sessions

  • More control over your treatment plan

  • More privacy, as your therapist is not required to share your diagnosis or treatment plan with your insurance company

If you are considering private pay therapy, I encourage you to contact me for a free consultation. I would be happy to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have.

Cancellations

Life happens, emergencies occur, and things come up! Therapy should be something that helps to relieve stress not add to it! I provide text reminders before your session to help you remember your appointments. As well, I provide a courtesy contact via text or call if you are five minutes late to your session. If you know you will miss your session I ask that you provide a 24 hour notice. If your notice is prior to 24 hours, I will do my best to offer rescheduling opportunities within the week. With less than 24 hours notice, I cannot not guarantee a rescheduling opportunity and this will result in a $100 cancellation fee. No-shows will result in a full service fee charge.

Good Faith Estimate

Inspired Bravery Counseling, LLC is required by law to provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for my services before we begin therapy. This estimate is based on the information you provide me about your needs and goals. It is important to note that the cost of therapy may vary depending on the length of treatment and the complexity of your issues.
